Valve Servicing and Certification
Each valve is carefully dismantled, thoroughly inspected, and serviced with the replacement of all soft parts. It is then reassembled and sealed with Nordan Marine’s official SEAL to ensure traceability and quality assurance. Upon successful completion, a service certificate is issued for documentation and compliance.
Issuing of Certificates
After an overhaul or a repair of cargo valves, our Service Engineers will issue new test certificates to the vessels, in order to satisfy classification societies and other interested parties. The service report will be followed as well.

High-Pressure Safety Valve Overhaul and Testing
Nordan Marine provides expert overhaul and testing of high-pressure safety valves used in LPG, LNG, NH₃, and H-fuel systems.
Using our in-house Power Booster Unit (PBU), we can test valves at pressures of up to500 barG with full accuracy and reliability.
A key advantage is our ability to perform service and testing onboard or in a local shipyard—helping customers save on logistics, minimize downtime, and reduce overall service costs.
Nordan Marine is an authorized Channel Partner of FLOW SAFE,
with the rights and privileges to service FLOW SAFE safety valves,
as well as sell new FLOW SAFE safety valves and spare parts.
